        In order for our university units to carry out their services in the best possible way, under our Presidency and our support funds, within the available funds, the goods and services are purchased, stored and distributed as soon as possible, with high quality and at the most favorable price, in accordance with the laws and legislation, as well as on issues that concern all Rectorate staff.
